Although not legally required in Victoria for chauffeured vehicles, it is highly recommended to use a baby seat or booster seat for children under 7 years of age for their comfort and safety while travelling. At our company, we prioritize the well-being of your child and encourage the use of appropriate restraints during the journey.
Upon hiring a child seat or booster seat, our chauffeur will arrive at your designated pickup location with the seat already installed in the car, ensuring that it is properly set up for your child’s safety and comfort. They will then encourage you to review and double-check the installation to make sure you are satisfied with the setup before commencing your journey.

The driver met us at baggage collection and was there before we arrived, he helped us with all our luggage and was very friendly and courteous (considering the pickup was at 5am it was even more impressive).
